We don’t rush builds or push decisions. Each structure is designed for its site, its owner, and long-term use.
Getting in touch doesn’t lock you into anything. It simply starts a conversation – whether that’s a quick quote or a more tailored design.
This page explains how we usually work, so you know what to expect – no pressure, no surprises.
Step 1 – Get in touch (your way)
You can either:
• Submit a quote request online, or
• Call us directly if you prefer to talk things through
Either way works. However it starts, the aim is the same: to understand your site and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Step 2 – Clarify / Quote
If your request is straightforward, we may simply put together a quote and send it through.
If the project is more tailored, or if anything needs clarifying, we’ll get in touch to talk through your vision – how you plan to use the space, layout, access, your style, and any site considerations.
Step 3 – Quote & Timeline
You’ll receive:
• A clear, tailored quote
• An indicative timeline for build, delivery, or installation
You’re welcome to take time, ask questions, and make adjustments.
There’s no obligation at this stage.
Step 4 – Secure your order
When you’re ready to proceed:
• A 30% deposit secures your order
• We lock in your build slot
• Final minor details are confirmed
From there, we manage the process and keep you updated along the way.
For a full installation, our Installer will also be in contact with you, and they may arrange to come by for a Site Visit.
