Macrocarpa and Douglas Fir are durable timbers grown in NZ, and are resistant to moisture, insect and borer attack. They contains natural oils that give the same treatment ratio as H3.2m, making them the perfect choice for Garden Beds as no chemicals are required to protect the timber = no chemicals to leach in your soil. If left raw (unstained) they will weather to a beautiful soft silver grey.
