Back from Vietnam – 100 Greenhouses Strong and Ready for Spring 🌿

After a month in Vietnam recharging and reflecting, we’re officially back at Nutopia HQ — rested, clear-headed, and ready to bring more greenhouses into the world.

This trip was more than just a break. It was a reward to ourselves for making it through three intense years of building this business from scratch — and hitting a huge milestone in May: 100 greenhouses sold.

Vietnam was a dream. The people were welcoming, the food was incredible, and the NZ dollar goes a long way — giving us space to relax, reflect, and get inspired. That said, we did sneak in a bit of work while we were away — quoting, emailing, and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Since getting back, things haven’t slowed down. We’re now getting steady orders from:

Schools
Community groups
Backyard growers
And a few legends doing serious-scale growing (like our recent 10ft-high Old Faithful with double doors at each end so you could drive a tractor through it!)
The Sanctuary model is gaining traction, and we’re loving the feedback about our ability to customise builds to fit unique needs and visions. It’s not just a product — it’s a creative process.

Oh — and to the people who said no one would buy our greenhouses or that they’d blow over in the wind… thanks for the motivation. So far they’ve handled a cyclone, a mini tornado, and the wild weather in the Chatham Islands — and they’re still standing strong.
